Subpoena Services

At Notary-Now, we offer Subpoena Delivery Service to the Lubbock and Hockley counties as a local service. We also will Cover surrounding counties with an added fuel surcharge or milage fee. Our subppoena delivery service includes up to two attempts. Additional attempts will incur a fuel surcharge. We use software to help us verify and locate the individual or company being served.

Our Local Area Cost is $50. This includes up to two attempts to locate and serve. We provide you with a results report that will show you the GPS coordinates recorder at the time of the service, address verification photos of the location serviced, as well as detailed proof of delivery.
