Upload your Documents

If you are interested in getting your documents notarized online, you can click on the link above to get started. When we receive your form, we will send you an invite email that will allow you to upload your document. The form has a method to upload your document to the form. This will speed up the process as the Notary can pre-tag before the session starts. If you cant upload the document in the form, you can use the invite email to upload.

Verify ID

State Laws require us to utilize ID verification and KBA (Knowledge Based Answers) to verify identity online. When you receive your invite email from Notary-Now, it will direct you to the ID verification and you can fill out the Form, take a photo of your Government issued ID (Drivers License) and answer 5 Knowledge Based Questions. Once you have completed the section, the email will direct you to a payment portal. You can add credit card information for the payment. When you receive the invite email, you will see the total cost of your notarization. A one Certificate and Stamp is included in the 25.00 fee. More than One Stamp needed incurs additional cost of 8.00 per Stamp. Your card is not charged until the Notarization is compleded and your documents are received.

Meet Online

When you complete the invite email, you will be notified by the Notary to join an online virtual meeting. You can use your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC that has a front facing camera and microphone. The Notary will read you a script that will ask a few questions, and place you under oath.

You will then be able to sign your document on your device. The Notary will complete the notarization and end the session. You will then receive your notarized documents in a tamper proof PDF. Please keep in mind that the State Laws require that this session be recorded and stored for up to 10 years by the platform used.

All states recognize RON signed documents and are legally binding.
