In a busy world, sometimes it is difficult to get to your loved ones that are in a Nursing Home or Retirement Center. Often times you need documents notarized, health care directives, POA, ect. At Notary-Now, we have a lot of services to assist the elderly and their families when it is difficult to get everything in order. With our Elder Care Services, we are available after hours and on weekends to assist in your needs. Some of the documents that we can notarize are:

Notarizations

We are able to offer Mobile Services, where we travel to the Nursing Home, IPEN services, where everything is done electronically, and RON, where eveything is completed online.

Before each signing, we meet one on one with the elderly signer to make sure that they are capable of signing a document and they fully understand the contents of the document that they are signing. Most of the directives will contain a revokable clause that the signer can reverse a directive if they feel uncomfortable with what they have signed.
